Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Assistant to join our Property Management department at Guardian Realty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various aspects of property operations to ensure tenant satisfaction and efficient building management.
Communication:
Draft correspondence to tenants regarding building issues and events.
Coordination:
Coordinate all tenant move-ins and move-outs with managers and building staff.
Manage minor technical issues and help coordinate repairs with vendors when necessary.
Rent Collections
Be on top of Tenant Rent Collections
Leasing
Handle new leases and renewals
Building Compliance
Be on top of Local Laws and Certify Corrections of Violations
Quality Control
Create and update Tenant Handbooks and Emergency Procedures.
Maintain vendor and tenant Certificates of Insurance.
Monitor work order tickets and track building inventory.

Job requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate operations or property management
Demonstrated knowledge of property management software and tools, or be a fast learner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Understanding of lease agreements and property regulations
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
